The Bluetones

Hounslow Britpop Indie Rockers The Bluetones formed in 1994 and their debut album 'Expecting to Fly' entered the charts at no. 1 in May 1996. Since then they have had great worldwide success with four more studio albums and seventeen singles, 8 of them top 20.

The band have built a strong live following over the years and are touring extensively in support of their latest eponymous album.

January sees the release of 'The Bluetones. On the Radio. On CD', a collection of tracks, chosen by the band, from some of their many BBC Radio sessions, starting with their debut on John Peel in 1994 through to the Evening Session in 2000.
